We use technology to our advantage and have built our own backend systems that allow us to drastically reduce our overhead. We also don't have the big fancy offices and the additional staff requirements that our competition has to pay. All of those expenses are passed down to their clients, and we've built a business model and structure that has reduced or eliminated the majority of those expenses.

Full MLS Exposure; your listing on our 2% website as well as 17 other websites. Professional quality photographs to sell your home. A realtor to negotiate on your behalf and sell your home for what it's worth and assist in subject removals and completion of sale. Open houses (with your approval) and additional advertising outside of the traditional methods. We are in the business of selling, not listing, so we will do everything we can to sell your house quickly and for maximum sale price!
- Do 2% properties sell?
Yes! Our market share has grown significantly since we opened in 2012, and is continuing to grow thanks to our valued clients!
- How do 2% listings do compared to a conventional high commission company?
Our 2 Percent Realty sales have shown a significant decrease in active days on market compared to the rest of the Estate Board, selling on average for 51 days in 2020. 20% of buyers were first time buyers while another 20% were those looking to upgrade.
- Do your realtors make money?
Yes! Even though our realtors charge less on their listing sales, they keep more of their commission than they would in a conventional brokerage. So, they may charge less, but they don't earn a lot less. That, along with the fact that 2% Realty agents are statistically selling 2-3 times the properties than the board average. Our realtors are doing very well!
