Scripts For Follow-Up

Following up with prospects requires overcoming fewer obstacles since the prospects have already been qualified and there is already an established conversation. It is imperative that you make follow-up phone calls after you send out any newsletter, personal article, seasonal postcard/email campaign and event, as prospects generally have a feeling of indebtedness toward you since you have provided them with something they deem to be of value. Under these circumstances, you are far more likely to be granted a meeting. The following is a sampling of scripts that can be used for this purpose.

Script #1: "Hello John! (your name) from 2% Realty. As promised, I'm calling to follow-up on...from last week. Do you have a minute?
John, as you may recall...
I'd like to have the opportunity to meet with you and discuss these further. When's a good time for you to meet?"
Script #2: "Hello Ms. Smith. This is (your name) from 2% Realty. Is this a good time to call? I just wanted to follow up on my newsletter regarding..."
Script #3: "Hi. This is (your name) from 2% Realty. I'm calling for Jane... Hi Jane I'm calling to ask if you had a chance to review the information I sent on all the services I have to offer. . So, by now you know that I could potentially help you..."
